Description: Hasegawa PzIVG with additional part form revel PzIV. Photo-etch from Part and Extratech, Karaya tow cable, Modelltrans Winterkette, figures from ABfigures. Resin tools from my own castings. A project to use up lots of old “bits” to clear a space on the desk.

Judge 1: Your photos are well cropped and the angles are great but they lack depth of field. This is a very good build of a not so good kit with the only thing to point out being the road wheel sitting above the tracks. The paint is well applied and shows good colour variation and contrast with the smaller details really standing out. I would expect to see more wear and tear on the white wash especially around the crew access areas and compared to the state of the lower hull the running gear is too clean.
Judge 2: Very nicely done,It reminds me of the style the 'AB figures' modeller builds his models from there website. A sound model let down by it's tracks so wise move to add aftermarket Winterkette tracks, the construction is nicely done with all the other details added or molded,nice work on the etch turret skirts & cables. the whitewash looks good in it's uneven appliction & the pinwashes are really well done picking all the details out, I would have liked to see a drybrush of the dunkelgelb to show through the whitewash on some corners & around the crew hatches & abit of streaking,Some dark steel on track teeth & tread.lastly abit more snow/mud on the track extensions & wheels. I think other things that make this model stand out is the nicely painted tryes ,tools & the tilted back front mudguard with the mud on it & the figures.
Judge 3: Nicely built and painted with the whitewash looking suitably scruffy in general. The addition of a little more weathering (scratches, scuff marks etc) around the hatches and cupola would add even more to an already good finish.
