Solid construction and very good paint finish and detail painting. The camouflage colours are well applied and have a nice in-scale toned down finish. The tracks are superbly done - both the dust / dried mud and metallic highlights.

This one is great, the camo is really nicely done,if has been hand painted no brush marks seen, the green & brown are hard to tell apart but could be the lighting & probably the same in real life. the sand yellow has a good variation of tones with pin washes. the spare track hooks & tool claps really make this model stand out & the engine mesh especially the large ones under the turret rear, streaks on the hooks & skirt brackets would look good too. Good wear on the tow shackles & tracks & steel wheels a little join notices on the tracks at the rear wheel. The tools, cables & decals could do with a 'dusting' to blend with the vechicle. Just for your interest the markings look like they are for a s.PA 506 King Tiger. (the 501 did not get any later non zimmeritt Kingtigers, not in the 3rd company anyway, the last 12 delivered were in august 7th & went to 1st comp) Also the 501 Kingtiger besides having zim, used a different font '3' it had a flat top & the cross was black only & above the 314! .

The photos are sharp, well lit and cropped but you are missing an in progress picture. The build quality is first class with no visible faults and you have done an excellent job with the PE. The paint is well applied but I find the colours blend together and lack contrast and tonal variation making your otherwise great model seem flat and lifeless. The decals are well applied but like the exhausts stand apart from the rest of the finish. The tracks and running gear are well done for a dusty vehicle but overall the weathering is too dusty as I’d expect to see a tiger II in an ambush scheme wet and muddy as opposed to dry and dusty.
