Construction: from WIP photo it seems ok but, in the finished model we can see a big gap in the windscreen, from transparent plastic and the windscreen frame. Coloration: base color made with brush is good, perhaps a few dense. Weathering: I think that only a wash and a dry brush would not stand out the crispness details of this model; also the heavy drybrush give a chalky effect to the model. Some filters, color modulation and scratches would improve your work. I like the dusty on the lower parts. Conclusion: a good models that could improve with few effort

Thank you for the good photos they show off your hard work well. These Acadamey small vehicles are quite simple but we don't have a lot of choice in the is scale. The construction is not bad but there are some large gaps on the homemade windscreen that could have been avoided with some more test fitting. The paint work is a bit dark for such a small vehicle and the dark pin wash, although a good colour, is messy and out of control. The dry brushing on the sides looks good but you haven't carried it over to the rest of the model, especially the interior. The mud is well placed but a bit thick and it looks artificial, mud is very hard to do with putty, the most realistic mud is usually made with pigments as a base. Time spent working on the basics will certainly pay dividends, keep up good work.

These new Academy kits look's realy nice, but there are some gaps, especially on the windscreen. I suggest you paying more attention on that little details. The base color is not bat, but the drybrushing is overdone for me. The dark wahs could be usefull, but because of that hard drybrushing it seem's also overdone. There are some very nice techniques with artistic oils, that could make these olive vehicles more spectacular. Just think about rainmarks, little chipped paint, smooth highliths ans shadows. I see you made some dirt ont the undercarriage. The structure is good, and Tamiya putty is a good stuff for doing dirt like this, but the paint is a bit harsh. Pigments, used between enamels could be very good, easy to work with them, and the result will be much more impressive. So you have good basic skills, and you will be able to improve them by using new techniques, like oils and pigments, or enamels.
