Manufacturer(s): Revell/Hasegawa Kitbash

Modifications: I made the Revell Panzer IV/J and the not so good Hasegawa Panzer IV/F2 to one Modell. The most of it, is from Revell. The Extratech PE-Set was complete used. the Tools from attack with Clamps vrom Part. The towing Cable is made from Wire with Revell Hooks. The Spare tracks from a Revell Panzer IV/J with Clamps from thin Cooper. The Storagebox for the Antenna is mad of Plastiksheet, and the Antennasocket is made out of plastik. The Antenna is a "Insektennadel" (I dont now the English word for it)!

After-market parts: Extratech PE-Set, Alittle Bit of Part PE-Set, Metall Barell by Amorscale?, some Plastiksheet, Wire and thin Cooper.

Description: The Modell was brushed with Tamiya German Grey, after this I brushed Desert Yellow. This was Chipped with a sponge. Then Drybushed with Vallejo's and Washing wit Artists Oil's. The figurines from AB with Preiser Heads.

Your brush work is very nicely done with minial brush strokes. Build is good with realistic track sag. Small imrovement would be more even distribution of dirt on the tracks. Some more washes would also help with more contrast to the color. But nicely done with nice add of gear and stowage.

Beautiful assemblage and good use of the PE parts. All details are well integrated and also enough clean. I like the realistic camber of tracks. regarding coloration, i think that it is too much rough, probably because the technic you used; an heavy drybrush like yours can give this problem! The weathering is not so bad; i do not like to use a sponge to make the scraping because you do not control where the scraping fall... I prefer to use a little brush and make scraping carefully, in quantity and just in some areas. i like too much the work on the tail pipe; very realistic! Paolo Capitanio

A good build and the figures are well placed. The finish shows some nice worn paint, but the model would be improved with more depth / shadowing and perhaps some very pale dust around the horizontal surfaces.
