Description: This model represent a SU-122 SPG of 2nd plants's model. SPG has a tactical number "908" and a red circle of air identification. This vehicle fought in Leningrad front, 1434 th SPG Regiment, December 1943. It has a very interesting camouflage. I used Tamiya spray (TS-27) for white camo, various Mr. Hobby colors for weathering effects and pastels.

Great to see this vehicle in this scheme - well done! I especially like the detailed precission of the camo application. Try to compensate for your type of lighting (makes judging a bit more difficult). Although this may be more of a personal preference, I fidn that "winter" vehicles benefit from more mud and dirt along the lower sufaces. Experiment with washes too and you can see where the surface details will "pop-out" more. Very good.

The build looks good and it's an eye catching and original scheme! Althought nicely scruffy, the whitewash overpowers the details slightly (this is a common problem with dramatic whitewash finishes). Stronger shadows around the details will help them stand out against the overall colour. A bit more variety in colour on the tracks would also further improve the model.

Interesting vehicle with interesting camo scheme. Some shadows and wear off camo will give much more details visible. Some grayish tone in wheels along with existing dirt will be nice. Soot on exhaust is little overdone and looks someway greasy. Air recognition red spot on the roof stand too much proud and need to be weathered like turret numbers are.
