Modifications: I added fuel lines and some texture to the turret with Mr.Surfacer.

Judge 1
The build is sound and the turret texture and fuel lines add a lot to the finished model. The weathering is nice, with a good attempt at adding dust and accumulated dirt. Although the dust breaks the uniform colour , more depth and shading would enhance and bring more life to the finish (e.g. filters / washes) as it looks a bit flat.
Judge 2
Clean build, especially because it has almost with no modifications. Agree with previous comment that some washes and highlighting with drybrush would enchance finish and give much more life. Also my opinion is that rubber cumulative shields should accumulate much more dust, this way they are in contrast with dusty/dirty upper surfaces.
Judge 3
It looks like a nice build job. I think that you could work a bit more precise with the surfacer, but it's not bad. Paint work is well done! The weathering is a bit monotone, as there is a lot of dust, but some effects with oils would be nice as well. Also the steel effect is missign from the cable. Periscopes are not painted, ect. So next time you should pay more attention on these little deatils, as you have the painting skills to do it!
