Modifications: The main modification have been to back date the non russian made T72 M1 with wrong turret of the revell kit in a russian made early production of the T 72. Turret : turret front angles have been changed and the coincidence range finder added on the right of turret roof Hull : Glacis have been changed, both lower and upper part. The side skirts have been changed too. The other modification are more improvments and are visible on the pics below

After-market parts: some pieces from the OKB and extratech EP set have been used RMK : no use of Photoshop for the pics. A printed picture have been printed and used as a back ground while taking the pics

Description: This early T72 belong to a guard armoured unit

Judge 1: An excellent build with sound general construction and some very fine detail. The paint finish is also superb, giving plenty of interest to a single colour finish. The shading is good and the metallic sheen on certain areas is very realistic. Well done!
Judge 2: Excellent model with superb modifications and paint job! Only thing to mention is that gun cradle canvas cover: using wash made recessed parts too dark in contrast with rest of the cover. Otherwise stunting model
Judge 3: Perfect model. Wondeful build job, home made upgrades are realy nice! Paint job, and weathering also superb. Only two things. - The canvas cover of the gun cradle. I would re-build id from milliput, or something like this. - I wuld cut out the exhaust. That's all, perfect model!
